The KITFT Schedule

• The KITFT office opens on Sunday 7 October 2001 for the team registrations. 8 am to 6 pm
• Monday 8 October - Registration opens 8am to 6pm. Marshals meeting 5.00 pm (Marshals only). Kariba Angling Society AGM 5.30 pm - KAS members only. This will be held at Chalet no 8 this year to avoid interrupting the KITFT Registration.
• Tuesday 9 October - Registration opens 6 am to 3pm. KITFT AGM - 3.30 pm in the Weigh Bay. Captains meeting - 4 pm in the Weigh Bay. Music in the Bar with Dave Scobie and Bridget Rodrigues. Registration re-opens at 5pm at the KITFT office
  
• Wednesday 10 October - Tag check-in at the Weigh Bay or on the KITFT Pontoon ( kindly loaned by Peter Lawson) at the Charara Point. Tournament starts 6AM by the firing of a flare from Charara Point. (All boats must be behind the start line from 5 45 am., Please also note that no Houseboat may be parked on the other side of the start line after 6am Wednesday to 4.30pm Friday. Weigh Bay Closes 4.30 pm sharp, once again marked by the firing of a flare. Music and fun in the Bar. Sponsors promotions run from the bar.
• Thursday 11 October - As Wednesday.
• Friday 12 October - As Wednesday - Prize Giving to be held at 7pm. - should start at 7pm (if we have no hiccups). Prize Giving takes approx. 1 1/2 hours.
